We now offer Express 24-48 hour International delivery. Order before 4pm for guaranteed 48 hour International delivery (Monday-Wednesday)

UK CUSTOMERS:

To return an item to us email sales@embracecouture.com with your order number and a return label will be sent via email to you for the easy return of your items.

  • All UK customers must return their items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • At present we do not offer free UK returns (This is something we are working on and will be announcing very soon!), therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs.
  • All items purchased in Sale or using an eligible discount code are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only (this includes discount codes and Pre Order discounted items).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We are happy to announce we now offer FREE returns on all international orders. Simple email sales@embracecouture.com with your order number and a FREE return label will be sent to you via email. Simply print it off and arrange collection with our International logistics partner DHL and your unwanted or exchange items will be collected.

  • All International customers must return their items within 21 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • All items purchased in Sale or using an eligible discount code are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only (this includes discount codes and Pre Order discounted items).

Pre Orders

  • Items available for pre order are clearly displayed at the bottom of the description.
  • We give an approximate date of shipping however we cannot guarantee the items will be shipped on this date.
  • Refunds will only be processed if an item can not be shipped after 4 weeks have past from the advised shipping date.

PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS TO PROCESS. IF AFTER 7 DAYS YOUR REFUND IS NOT SHOWING PLEASE CONTACT SALES@EMBRACECOUTURE.COM AND A MEMBER OF THE TEAM WILL ASSIST YOU.

Voucher Codes
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all promotion codes or discount code offers. 
  • Discount Codes and offers are valid on full price items only unless otherwise advertised.
  • Offers exclude all gift cards and other selected items.
  • To take advantage of an offer, the relevant Promotion Code must be entered at the checkout.
  • No cash or any other alternative will be given
  • The discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • All items purchased with a discount code or a promotion code are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days’ of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning via email: sales@embracecouture.com to receive your return label to ensure your return arrives back to us safely.

 How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return within 48 hours of receipt back to us, but on occasions, it may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
